We may request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a copy of your national identification card, passport, or proof of address — at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
12joker accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. All balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals displayed within the Platform are expressed in MYR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the payment service provider and not 12joker.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 12joker may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable regulations. You will be notified by email prior to any fees being applied.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to 12joker's customer support team for attempted resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
